Race Training 6: 100 Mile Ultra Training Route

This training route is used in preparation for the 100 mile races. The route starts in the same location as the Exmoor Ultra training run. There are an additional 20 miles added to the route taking the distance to approximately 50 miles. Dates will be published in the on-line diary. The route is for experienced ultra runners only.
