Ultra Freedom Adventures

OUR Purpose

Our Purpose at Ultra Freedom Adventures is twofold 1) I want to inspire as many people as possible, to connect to their natural environment. And 2) I want to help grow a community of people where “it is ok to not be ok” a community that moves together, supports each other and finds strength from one another. Gaining mental wellbeing & resilience via the joy of trail running or walking. We offer free race training days and ultra race support. We are also a platform for others ultra runners to contribute their experiences to. In 2020 we will be organising our 1st Ultra. This ultra will be different. 100% of the entry fees will go to a mental health charity. All our services are free. .

My 1st 100 km race

My name is Muizz. Wow, what a fantastic experience, my 1st 100 k race. I cant thank Sean enough for convincing me to give it a go, and for supporting me all the way to the end. Roll on the summer when we are out on the trials again with him and Ultra Freedom. Cant recommend Sean any higher, no, or cant do it! are not words in his dictionary. All he ever asks for in return, is that you try. Thank you Sean.

My start in ultra running

My name is Youssef Yahfoufi and I am very grateful to Sean and all his efforts in getting me started on Ultra Running. I have taken part in 3 Ultra events with Sean. He got me started on training, equipment and useful tips on how to prepare for the race.

Sean even welcomed me in to his family home on a number of occasions and offered me food a place to stay and lifts to the events. He is very passionate about the sport and will support you all the way. His time is always enthusiastically given. I am now a fully converted ultra runner because of him.
